The recently refurbished property is off a private road with its own private parking space. Enter the hall, leading to a sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom. Leading from the kitchen you enter the sunroom and utility room, leading out into a secluded garden looking over the hills. Upstairs has two bedrooms and small bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks Ritec Valley while the second bedroom overlooks field views.  Little Mead is located in the quiet village of Penally. Central to the main leisure complexes of south Pembrokeshire. A short distance from Oakwood, Blue Lagoon, Folly Farm and Heatherton. The spectacular beaches of Tenby are within 1 mile and Barafundle bay within 5 miles. There is easy access to Pembrokeshire’s footpaths, bridleways and breath taking coastal paths.  Little mead is on the North side of Penally village, that is set a short walk to the Pembrokeshire coast and South Beach at Tenby. The stunning coastal path is close by offering the opportunity to explore the wonderful Pembrokeshire landscape and coastline. Penally is a coastal village and community 1 mile southwest of Tenby. The village is known for its Celtic Cross, Penally Abbey, the neighbouring St. Deiniol's Well, WWI Practice trenches. Also in the village there is  two pubs (Cross Inn, Paddocks Inn) and a small local shop.  For those interested in golf, the 18 hole Links Course in Tenby is within walking distance and the Golf Course in Trefloyne is about half a mile away. A ten minute walk from the property will take you to the beautiful mile long sandy South beach which is also accessed from Tenby itself.  Little Mead is a wonderful holiday home for families and couples seeking a comfortable break away in a thoughtfully designed, well-equipped accommodation.  Always happy to help. M4 Westbound ,take the A40 to Carmarthen, continue on the A40 as far as St Clears then take the A477 towards Tenby. Pass through Llanteg and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit towards Tenby, continue through Tenby, you will be met by a complex named Kiln Park, turn right opposite the petrol station into penally, you will pass a building called DJ's, turn right just after and continue till the next left up a sort steep hill, turn immediately right into a private lane, continue to the top and you will find little mead.
